Returns & Exchanges

We happily accept returns or exchanges.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order when it arrives please get in touch via the contact form to start a return or at 
within 14 days of receiving your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need proof of purchase or order number.
Conditions of return
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Once we have your return request via email we will confirm our address you will need to send it back to in its original packaging. Returns will be at your own expense so we advise to get a proof of posting receipt as your refund will be processed upon it's return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and email us immediately with a photo if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have through the process above and make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and issued your refund via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
